Our Mission Statement

	To provide primary health care services to the "medically at-risk" and "indigent" patient populations of Northwest Pennsylvania and Northeast Ohio.
	To create systems of holistic health care delivery, inclusive of support services, and accessible to all regardless of their ability to pay.
	To serve as a "one-stop" service entity, curative, preventive, educational, and support services.
